Quality Control

  1. Material and Component Check

    Confirm incoming materials and purchased components against the project documentation.

  2. In-Process Inspection

    Inspect fabrication, welding, dimensions, coating preparation, assembly, and workmanship.

  3. Functional Verification

    Check airflow-related components, controls, cleaning cycles, valves, fans, and discharge functions as applicable.

  4. Final Inspection and Packing

    Review the completed equipment, documentation, accessories, and transport protection before shipment.
