Lean Manufacturing Since 2000
TYSUM uses a defined manufacturing flow for dust collectors and filtration equipment, supported by specialized workshops, production personnel, technical staff, and staged quality checks.

Manufacturing Capacity
TYSUM operates five factories with approximately 10,000㎡ of factory area, 200 production personnel, 10 workshops, and more than 10 technical personnel.
Controlled Production Flow
Approved Documentation
Manufacturing follows the confirmed drawings, bill of materials, component list, and project requirements.
Specialized Workshops
Cutting, bending, welding, surface preparation, painting, assembly, and commissioning are organized as defined production stages.
Traceable Inspections
Inspection points are placed through fabrication and assembly so issues can be corrected before final testing and packing.
Manufacturing Process

Quality Control
Material and Component Check
Confirm incoming materials and purchased components against the project documentation.
In-Process Inspection
