Quality control starts with confirmed operating requirements and continues through material review, fabrication, assembly, and pre-shipment inspection. The applicable inspection plan and documents are defined for the ordered equipment.
Requirements Review
Confirm airflow basis, dust properties, operating conditions, selected configuration, interfaces, and customer documentation requirements.
Incoming Materials
Check specified plate, filter media, and bought-out components against the approved bill of materials and available documentation.
Fabrication and Assembly
Use defined inspection points for dimensions, fabrication, assembly, electrical work, and component installation where applicable.
Pre-shipment Verification
Review equipment condition, agreed checks, identification, documentation, packing, and shipment scope before release.
